Hello!  I’m Lily, in case you forgot.  I sincerely apologize for being so incredibly behind in the blogging world.  Often days I feel like I’m living the fast life, times one hundred.  I’m trying to figure out where I’ll be attending college next year and to put it simply, it’s senior year!  This is my promise to my readers as well as myself to be better about it!  Blogging is something I love & although it doesn’t come before sleep, I’m making it more of a priority starting now.

Sounds pretty dang good, huh?!  I completely agree with everything stated above & these bars really do taste good.  I actually JUST had one after I finished my workout about an hour ago.  You don’t feel like you’re eating a sugary candy bar loaded with saturated fat, yet it will still satisfy your sweet tooth!  Perfection.  They’re protein loaded and serve as the ideal on-the-go snack.

    I create wellness in my life by making sure I get fruits and veggies in my system everyday. I’m working on the protein/getting more water, but my focus isn’t just watching calories, but what those calories bring along with them! Haha.
